brutality and death

Assault and battery are often mentioned together, but they are separate legal concepts. Assault is an act that creates an apprehension in another of an imminent, harmful, or offensive contact. It involves a threat or attempt to inflict offensive contact or harm, where the victim has a reasonable fear that violence is imminent. Battery, on the other hand, is the actual infliction of force or offensive contact. In essence, assault is the threat of violence, while battery is the realization of that threat through physical contact. While both can be considered misdemeanors, the presence of aggravating factors, such as the use of a weapon or the intent to cause serious harm, can elevate them to felony charges.

groups extension not from judges

In the complex landscape of legal and political advocacy, there are indeed organizations that seek to extend the influence of a judge's ruling beyond traditional vocal support or dissent. These groups may employ a range of strategies, from grassroots mobilization and public education campaigns to strategic litigation and lobbying for legislative change. Their goal is often to amplify the impact of a ruling, cementing its principles more firmly within the legal system or society at large. For instance, some organizations might work to ensure that a court's decision is implemented effectively, influencing the creation of policies or regulations that align with the ruling. Others might focus on setting legal precedents, using a favorable ruling as a foundation for further legal action in related cases. Additionally, there are entities that might seek to challenge a ruling by advocating for new laws or constitutional amendments that would override the court's decision. The interplay between judicial decisions and the actions of these organizations is a testament to the dynamic nature of law and governance, where the interpretation and application of legal principles are continually evolving. It's important to note that such activities are typically grounded in a deep respect for the legal process and are conducted within the bounds of the law.

lies

In Michigan, defenses against defamation include truth, which is the assertion that the allegedly defamatory statement is substantially true. The opinion defense is based on the premise that statements of opinion are protected as free speech and cannot be considered defamatory. There are also privileges that protect certain statements made in specific contexts; absolute privilege applies to statements made during official proceedings, such as in a courtroom, while qualified privilege covers statements made with a legal or moral duty to communicate, such as a manager's communication about an employee's conduct. It's important to note that these defenses are subject to interpretation and application by the courts, and their effectiveness can vary depending on the circumstances of each case.

human trafficking

Human trafficking and polyamory are fundamentally different concepts and are not legally considered the same. Human trafficking is a serious crime that involves the exploitation of individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of forced labor or commercial sexual exploitation. Polyamory, on the other hand, refers to consensual, ethical, and responsible non-monogamy where all parties involved have knowledge of and consent to the relationship dynamics. It's important to understand that polyamory is about open, honest relationships with the consent of everyone involved, and it emphasizes emotional connections and mutual respect. Confusing these two very distinct concepts could lead to misunderstandings and misrepresentations of what polyamory stands for, which is a lifestyle choice, not a criminal activity. If you're looking for more detailed information on these topics, there are resources available that explain the dynamics of polyamorous relationships and the legal distinctions between consensual non-monogamy and criminal activities like human trafficking.

Gypsie gods

The term 'Gypsy' has a complex origin, steeped in historical misconceptions. It emerged in the English language around the mid-16th century as 'gipcyan,' which was a shortened form of 'Egyptian,' reflecting the mistaken belief that the Romani people came from Egypt. This term evolved into 'Gypsy' over time. The Romani people, often associated with this term, actually originated from the northern Indian subcontinent and began migrating to Europe and other regions about a thousand years ago. The word 'Gypsy' has been used historically to refer to the Romani people, but it is now considered pejorative by many due to its connotations of illegal behavior and a wandering lifestyle, rather than as an identifier for a particular ethnic group. The Spanish term 'Gitano' and the French 'Gitan' have similar etymologies, also derived from the Greek 'Aigyptioi,' meaning 'Egyptian,' through Latin. Today, the more appropriate terms are 'Romani,' 'Roma,' or 'Rom,' which accurately reflect the people's self-identification and cultural heritage.

Evil eye

The concept of the "evil eye" is steeped in ancient history and is not exclusive to any one culture, though it is often associated with the Romani people, sometimes referred to as "Gypsies," a term that is now considered pejorative and inaccurate. The belief in the evil eye dates back thousands of years and spans across various cultures, from the Mediterranean and Middle East to Asia and Latin America. It is thought to be a malicious glare given to someone out of envy or dislike, which can bring misfortune or injury to the recipient. In some Romani traditions, it is believed that certain individuals possess the power to cast curses through a malevolent gaze, often motivated by envy. This belief in the power of the evil eye has led to a variety of protective measures, such as wearing amulets or performing rituals to deflect the harmful effects. The evil eye's historical journey is a testament to the enduring human fascination with the interplay of envy, power, and protection. It's important to approach such topics with sensitivity and respect for cultural nuances and to avoid perpetuating stereotypes or misconceptions about any group, including the Romani people. The evil eye remains a powerful symbol in many cultures, representing the complex human emotions and the measures taken to guard against them. OP: The concept of the "evil eye" is steeped in ancient history and is not exclusive to any one culture, though it is often associated with the Romani people, sometimes referred to as "Gypsies," a term that is now considered pejorative and inaccurate. Mormon similarities to paganism

I can provide some general information on the topic of polygamy and polyamory. Polygamy was practiced by leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) in the 19th century but was officially discontinued in 1890. Today, the LDS Church strictly prohibits the practice of polygamy. On the other hand, polyamory is a different concept where individuals may have consensual, romantic relationships with multiple partners. It is not uncommon to find polyamorous individuals within the Pagan community, as many Pagans hold liberal views regarding romantic and sexual relationships. It's important to note that the practices and beliefs regarding these relationship structures can vary widely among individuals and groups.

All father

The term All Father means a supreme god or creator in some mythologies, especially those of the Norse and Germanic peoples. The most well-known example of an All Father is Odin, the chief deity of the Norse pantheon, who is associated with wisdom, war, poetry, magic, and death. Odin is often depicted as a one-eyed wanderer who sacrifices himself for knowledge and seeks the secrets of the cosmos.

Frigg

Frigg is the goddess of marriage, motherhood, and wisdom in Norse mythology. She is the wife of Odin, the All-Father, and the mother of Baldur, the god of light and joy. Frigg is often associated with weaving, as she spins the clouds and the threads of fate. She is also a patron of love, fertility, and domestic arts. Frigg is revered by many as the All-Mother, a compassionate and protective figure who cares for her family and her people.

Loki

Loki, the trickster god of Norse mythology, had many children with different partners. Some of his children were monstrous and destined to bring about the end of the world. Loki and his wife Sigyn had two sons, Narfi and Vali, who were later killed by the gods as punishment for Loki's crimes. Loki and the giantess Angrboda had three children: Jormungandr, the World Serpent who encircled Midgard; Hel, the goddess of death who ruled over the underworld; and Fenrir, the gigantic wolf who would devour Odin at Ragnarok. Loki also had a child with the horse Svadilfari, who was a stallion. Loki transformed into a mare and gave birth to Sleipnir, an eight-legged horse who became Odin's steed.

Tyr

Tyr is one of the most important gods in Norse mythology, associated with law, justice, honor and war. He is the son of Odin, the chief of the gods, and a giantess named Fjorgyn. Tyr is best known for his sacrifice of his right hand to the monstrous wolf Fenrir, who was prophesied to devour Odin at Ragnarok, the end of the world. Tyr agreed to place his hand in Fenrir's mouth as a sign of good faith while the other gods bound the wolf with a magical chain. When Fenrir realized he had been tricked, he bit off Tyr's hand, but could not free himself from the chain. Tyr's courage and loyalty earned him great respect among the gods and men, and he was considered the bravest and most righteous of the Aesir, the tribe of gods to which he belonged. Tyr was also a skilled warrior and a master of runes, the ancient symbols of magic and wisdom. He wielded a sword named Tyrfing, which was forged by dwarves and could cut through anything. Tyr was often invoked by warriors and rulers who sought victory, justice and peace.

the healers of the gods

One of the most prominent healers among the Norse gods was **Eir**, who was associated with medical skill, healing herbs, and midwifery. She was sometimes considered an Aesir goddess, sometimes a Valkyrie, and sometimes a handmaid of the giantess Menglöð, who ruled over the hill of healing called Lyfjaberg. Eir was revered by women who sought her help in childbirth and other ailments, and she was also invoked by warriors who needed her healing powers on the battlefield. According to some sources, Eir may have been related to the Greek goddess Hygieia, who was also a goddess of health and medicine.

The otherside is real, there are wee ones

lads and lasses I am here to tell you of the wee  (little) people the chrystle Ilse, or field of green and how the veil of the after this life hides them. The children to day call it a dimension. A place  & people we can not see, nore feel or smell. Yet in this place we have smelled a smell that did not belong in that time or place, or objects have been moved or hidden and there is no earthly reason it should have moved. I be looking for imps, pixies, elves, & dwarves that some how slip through the vail. I know the veil exists and the only way to pass through is out of body fanominah, near death, drug use (uforeah), or death. Other people have died and come back they can tell you their stories and I know from personal experience they are around so look up your legend and lore to keep them happy. Those who are skeptic will tell you "we do not know about after death until we are dead." Believe or not believe it does not matter me either way, and when the wee one are ticked at you and the mischief  happens you can't say you were not warned.

Abhinivesha

As humans we typically fear what we do not understand. Death is, and always has been one of the great mysteries, and it is also one of few things in life that is an absolute. No living person knows or understands what happens to us after we die.  We simply know that it is going to happen... eventually. We don't know where we go, or if we will return as something/someone else. There are many religions that have ideas about what might happen after we die, but nobody knows for sure.

Avidya (moha)

It is one thing to be naive about things... you can be taught how to do it for the next time. You can be, and that is OK. The problem is when you choose not to learn on purpose. Then believe by using that knowledge you will succeed when you were told it was wrong. (You have heard the term you cannot fix stupid?)... turns out there is a cure but the person needs to lose the egoism before it can be done.Tricking yourself into believing it is correct... as the naked man walks down the street saying he is wearing clothing turns to someone and says How do my pants look?, truly thinking his pants look just fine and that is what he ask the judge when he walked into his chambers

Raga

I am here to tell you about Raga: It is a poison /sickness in a person’s soul. Please, do not confuse it with Polyamory in any way. The monogamous folks would disagree with my statement but hear me out and judge me after you have read my page. Raga is desire “lust" that you cannot get rid of very easy. Kind of like bed bugs. especially if you want to ignore the issues right front of you. It can happen to both women and men from early teens until ☠ death.

Aggression/ Aversion Before I found myself, and before I got help, I personally was truly a reck. I destroyed my life a lot because of lame reasons that do not matter anymore. You know, simple stuff, like that person is breathing and I do not feel they should be... (I GOT HELP FOR THIS IN SEVERAL DIFFERENT WAYS!!!). I did not go there because I did not have a little anger problem, my life is just great... that is what I am told after they say why are you angry/ hostile? Anger management (what a joke for someone like me) I did that because someone wanted to fix me. When I was serious about my cure I did hard core inpatient therapy, medicated treatment, with classes (I believe those worked).I had a handle on it until my three week old daughter was thrown into a chair ... then I lost it. So, I went back to anger management to find out everyone has a trigger and seeing my daughter get abused was my trigger. I tried to make amends with her mother but after years of trying I gave up. We do not fight anymore, and we keep our distance from each other. I have been at peace ever since.Aversion is the match to the flame of Aggression. You have a cause and effect as I understand it. Aversion is the devil on your shoulder. You need to ignore that little guy because he talks to insecurity, jealousy, greed, and all the other negative feelings. These things start breaking down your mental health.
