This is the time in a persons life when they except the pagan/wiccan way of life as presented to them. 

the Priest/and  priestess pray over the new person bring the spirits as one in our coven.

The adults are excepted in the coven and they are pronounced by name and given their new name and rank

to the coven. the person is brought out to the coven than each member greets the person for who they are and

showing the new person their new name is excepted and we are bonding with it. We will then Call to the Gods

as a coven bringing the new person into our kindred.
