The misconceptions that equate polyamory with promiscuity can lead to unfair judgments and discrimination. Education and open conversations about different relationship structures can help reduce stigma and promote understanding and acceptance. It's crucial for society to acknowledge the diversity in human relationships and to respect each individual's choice in how they consensually and ethically manage their romantic life.
